The Rules
1. No fast food
2. No soda
3. Only given ONE splurge a week
4. Log ALL food and ALL exercise daily
5. Weigh in every Monday
5. Be 100% committed
6. Attend all mandatory work-out days
7. Work out 3 times a week for an hour
8. Eat the designated amount of calories
9. Lose 500 calories a day
