OBJECTIVE: Throughout the summer until August 17th, we will be accumulating points based upon doing certain activities and challenges based upon this point system. Who ever accumulates the most points by August 17th will win the challenge and in addition, shall win a lovely health-related gift basket. GAME ON, BITCHES.

Body

10pts Losing 1 pound
5pts Logging in intake/exercise daily for an entire week

Nutrition
4pts Drink 8 glasses of water/day
1pt Eat a piece of fruit
1pt Cook your own healthy dinner
10pt No emotional eating all day
4pt No eating past 8pm
.5 Take a multi-vitamin/supplement
2pt Publish any health-realted post to our blog

5pt Every extra hour of exercise
10pt Organizing an exercise date
